1st December: World AIDS Day - One of the most crucial days in December is World AIDS Day. Every year on December 1st, it is marked to increase HIV awareness and issue a call to action to stop the epidemic. In 1988, it was first noted.

10 December: Human Rights Day - The United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948 and announced 10th December as Human Rights Day. This is an important day in December because it highlights the importance of human rights. This day is dedicated to ensuring that everyone's fundamental human rights and freedoms are protected.

11th December: UNICEF Foundation Day - On December 11, 1946, UNICEF, the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund, was created following the Second World War.
