He completed BDS from DR NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, India and MDS in Oral Medicine and Radiology from Dr MGR Medical University, Tamil Nadu, India. He has done his postgraduate Diploma in Health Sciences in Clinical Research (PGDHS-CR) from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, India. He is also the author of a book, Oral Medicine: Exam Preparatory Manual for Undergraduates. He has more than 20 scientific publications in international and national journals to his credit. He has delivered about 10 scientific orations for postgraduates in Andhra Pradesh and at national level conferences in 9 years. K Manjunath is presently working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Farooqia Dental College and Hospital, Mysore, Karnataka, India. He completed his BDS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka and MDS in oral and maxillofacial pathology from Meenakshi University, Tamil Nadu, India. He is a university gold medalist in postgraduation. He is particularly known for his pioneering work in Forensic Odontology - Ameloglyphics.
